1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the n1bet platform, including but not limited to the website at n1bet.ws, any associated mobile applications, and all services, games, and features made available therein. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

n1bet operates under international gaming licensing standards. By accessing the platform, each player acknowledges that they are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their personal jurisdiction. n1bet makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a player accessing the platform.

References to "n1bet", "the platform", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms refer to the operator of n1bet.ws and its licensed affiliates. References to "you", "your", "the Player", or "the Account Holder" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the n1bet platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to real-money betting, casino games, and all financial features of n1bet is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. n1bet enforces a strict 21+ age policy with no exceptions. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a corporation or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or family member of an employee of n1bet or its licensed affiliates.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from n1bet or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction.

During registration, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. n1bet reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including a copy of a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driver's licence — at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal.

One Account Policy: Each player may register and maintain only one n1bet account. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. n1bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances associated with them without prior notice.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n1bet Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

n1bet will not be held liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials or your device. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact n1bet support immediately via 24/7 live chat.

n1bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward n1bet staff or other players.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting n1bet's 24/7 live chat support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to the verified payment method on file prior to account closure, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

n1bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT. All PKR transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction where currency conversion applies.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your n1bet account balance upon confirmed receipt by the payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically instant.
• n1bet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which n1bet accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your n1bet account, or to a verified method registered in your name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. n1bet reserves the right to request CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• n1bet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of a fraud review, bonus abuse investigation, or compliance check.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

n1bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Pakistani players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rs 1,000 or as otherwise stated on the promotion page. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed on the promotion page. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse Prevention: n1bet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and close any account where it reasonably believes a player is exploiting promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or systematic exploitation of low-risk game outcomes.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on n1bet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. n1bet will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific market rules.
• n1bet reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds caused by technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. Affected players will be notified and original stakes returned.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or delayed without notice during technical issues, match interruptions, or when abnormal betting patterns are detected. n1bet accepts no liability for losses arising from suspended market access.
• For cricket and PSL betting, n1bet follows Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) methodology for rain-affected matches. Specific settlement rules for abandoned or shortened matches are published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables, use certified random number generators (RNGs). n1bet does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances.
• n1bet reserves the right to impose stake limits, bet frequency limits, or maximum payout caps on individual accounts or across the platform at its sole discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n1bet platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, referral programmes, or any other promotion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors must be returned to n1bet.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome using n1bet bonus funds.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the n1bet platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall layout and design of the website — is the exclusive intellectual property of n1bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n1bet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Use any n1bet trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written authorisation from n1bet.

Any unauthorised use of n1bet's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n1bet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from authorised or unauthorised use of your account.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond n1bet's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or market data.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The n1bet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. n1bet makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose or the uninterrupted availability of any service. Nothing in these Terms shall limit n1bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

n1bet is firmly committed to responsible gambling and to protecting the wellbeing of all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered account holder at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of their current session and net gaming activity.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

n1bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n1bet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through n1bet's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction. Pakistani players retain any statutory rights afforded to them under applicable local consumer protection legislation to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
